The man who ran an Urbana restaurant will be in court tomorrow.  He's accused of writing bad checks.  Michael Timpone was arrested Friday after a man who did work for the Jolly Roger restaurant said his check bounced.  Two former workers also filed complaints against Timpone last month for the same reason.  The restaurant closed down four weeks ago.

Now, former employees say they want the money Timpone owes them. He gave them bad checks with hand written stubs.
