Accountant Pleads "Not Guilty"

DIXON -- The former accountant for the city pleaded not guilty to wire fraud charges. Rita Crundwell is accused of stealing $53-million from the city.
    Prosecutors say she was transferring city funds to a secret bank account. They say she used that money to buy luxury homes, cars, jewelry and even a horse-breeding operation.
