It's the final countdown to the Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon.
At this point, the training is pretty much over for runners.
Race day brings its own challenges, however.
Rebecca Nef-Heffernan, a physical trainer, and facility manager of AthletiCo tells us what aches and pains are normal during our race-day run.
