Promoting Early Literacy

Early literacy develops a child`s knowledge of vocabulary and an interest and enjoyment of books. Research also shows a child`s literacy level has a direct impact on standardized test scores and success in school. So why not start them early? Tips shared by Sheryl Bautch of Family Service.
