Sometimes running can be a pain, but it doesn't have to be.
Richard Jean is an athletic trainer with Christie Clinic.
He shows us where runners most often have injuries, and how to prevent them from getting worse.    
But he didn't just tell WCIA 3's Cynthia Schweigert and Rob Collins, he made them earn the answers with a pin-the-injury-on-the-skeleton type of game.
