Heart history- specifically CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE and heart attacks (and
age of first heart attack)
High Cholesterol
Dementia
Diabetes
Some cancers- especially BREAST cancer in woman
Genetic diseases are fairly rare, but important to know what the disease is
and how it is transmitted thru families-neuromuscular diseases- MD,
huntingtons chorea are a couple of examples; hemochromatosis is another
hereditary iron storage disease, that if tested and diagnosed can be treated
early on.
