I have chosen to narrow the focus to the recent flu scare and how exercise, nutrition, and a few other helpful tips can help one avoid the flu and recover faster if they do happen to contract the flu. The following is an outline of the research shared by Chad Bryant, registered nurse and owner of the Danville Health Club on "The Morning Show." 1.
