Updated: January 7, 2009
Lisa Gustafsson of the Savoy Recreation Center says focus on cardiovascular activity if you only have 30 minutes to workout. She says get your heart rate up at the beginning of your time, then do some simple resistance moves to work your body. Focus on the core, the mid-section of abs and back for best results in a time crunch. Lisa`s tip for the gym: use the treadmill if you have only a short amount of time, it forces your body to work harder and be most efficient.
