Simmer until sugar dissolves. Adr remaining ingredients and mix well. Use half the dressing for the slaw and the other half as a marinade for chicken or pork. Artichoke Parmesan Spread 1# cream cheese, softened 1 T fresh lemon juice 1/3 T dried basil ¾ t fresh ground black pepper 6 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and lightly processed (squeeze out excess liquid) 3 oz. parmesan, grated ¾ t kosher salt Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat gently until well blended.
