3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons dried thyme
3 tablespoons onion powder
4 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
4 teaspoons ground allspice
3 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container. Sprinkle or rub on pork, chicken, seafood, or add to rice when cooking.
