Manchego Cheese Ingredients: Manchego Cheese or any other low moisture cheese Flour Preparation: Heat pan to medium, spread a thin layer of flour in pan, add grated cheese in any flat pattern, let set for 30 seconds to a minute until edges are golden brown, then flip and cook other side the same, remove from heat, cheese will harden as it sets.
