Seafood recipe for Cioppino

Cioppino Serves 4 ˝ cup olive oil 1 large onions, diced 1 Red Pepper, diced 2 stalks celery, diced 2 tsp saffron 2 Tb garlic, minced 3 bay leaves, dusted in a coffee mill 2 Tbs red pepper flakes 2 tsp fennel seed, dusted in a coffee mill. 1 qt clam juice 1 cup white wine 4 cups diced Tomatoes Shrimp Salmon Calamari Mussels Basil chiffonade 1.
