From Jan Mills of Jerry`s IGA. Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie 1 premade graham cracher crust or oreo crust 1 jar hot fudge ice cream topping 1 small instant vanilla pudding 1/2 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy 1 cup powdered sugar cool whip pour 3/4 jar hot fudge topping in bottom of crust and spread. Set aside. Make instant pudding per package directions, set aside. In deep mixing bowl mix peanut butter and powdered sugar, adding powdered sugar a little at a time until forms small beads. Layer pudding on top of fudge topping in crust, then peanut butter mixture. Top with cool whip. Microwave rest of hot fudge for a fewe seconds and drizzle over top. chill about 1 hour. Chocolate Layered Dessert crust: 1 1/2 cup flour 3 tbls sugar 3/4 cup oleo soft 1/2 cup chopped nuts (2nd layer) 1 cup powdered sugar 8 oz. cream cheese softened 1 cup cool whip (3rd layer) 1 large or 2 small chocolate pudding top with cool whip 1 chocolate candy bar to shave (use potato peeler to shave) make crust and press into 9 X 13 cake pan, bake 15 min. at 350 and cool before layering. 2nd layer mix till smoth powdered sugar cream cheese and cool whip. 3rd layer mix pudding per package and layer on top of cream cheese mixture. top with cool whip and shaved chocolate. chill 2 to 4 hours and serve. if you make in glass pan you can show off layers.
