Sassy Apple Faces

Large Apple
String Cheese
Peanut butter or cream cheese
Raisins
Carrot
Wash and core apple; cut thick round "faces" from the remaining apple and place on a plate. Peel apart string cheese and arrange strings around the top of each of the faces to form "hair." Place three small dabs of peanut butter or cream cheese on the face and attaché raisin "eyes" and "nose." With a vegetable peeler, slice a very thin strip from a carrot and curve into a mouth; attach with another dab of peanut butter or cream cheese.
