Chipotle BBQ Shrimp 4/29

From Classic Events Catering Bob Rowe Sauce: in blender add equal parts canned chipotle (with juice) and honey. (put one can of chipotle in the blender, then fill can with honey and blend the two) Ingrediants: Pablano Pepper or Bell Pepper Sliced Yellow Onion 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic salt and pepper 1 1/2 pounds of shrimp, peeled and deveined. To cook: Sautee pepper and onion in oil, add garlic, salt and pepper. When pepper is moist but firm add shrimp. Once shrimp are firm add chipotle honey sauce.
