Campfire Trout

2 medium trout or filets (skin on) 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoons chopped tarragon 1/2 chopped bell pepper 1 cup grapes 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms Salt & pepper to taste Place trout in a large piece of foil. Rub inside and out with butter, salt, pepper, tarragon, and red pepper. Add sliced grapes and mushrooms. Wrap carefully. Place wrapped fish on another large piece of foil and wrap again. Put in oven, in frying pan or over a hot campfire. Bake depending on thickness of fish, 5 - 20 minutes.
