Greek Potatoes

Recipe recommended by Bob Rowe of Classic Events Catering to be served with Bob`s Greek Lamb. 1 pound red potatoes cut into wedges 1 large yellow onion cut into wedges Cover potatoes and onion with cold water and cook until potatoes are soft (15-20 minutes). Drain and put back in sauce pan or serving bowl. Add: 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese. 1/2 c. sour cream Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp. chopped chives (optional) 19 AUG 04 mrm
