INGREDIENTS
PART A
1 c. lemon juice
1 c. red wine
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
3 tbsp. oregano - fresh or crushed dry
1 medium yellow onion
5 cloves garlic

PART B
1 three-pound average rack of lamb, cleaned and cut into cubes
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients in PART A in a blender.
Sautee meat in vegetable oil until meat cooked to desired doneness; stir often.
Add brandy; flame; squeeze lemon juice over meat.
Simmer and serve.
