Traditional Tea Sandwiches

English Radish and Farm Egg Sandwiches
-one slice of thin pumpernickel bread cut with a cookie cutter into desired shape.
-spread remoulade or sauce of choice lightly over the bread
-cut eggs into thin slices with an egg slicer and place one slice on each sandwich
-top off eggs with a small dollop of remoulade and place a radish slice on top
-crown with a thyme garnish
Sliced Smoked Turkey and Apple Marmalade Sandwiches
-slice homemade apple raisin bread into thin portions
-spread with marmalade of choice
-place good size portion of thinly shaved smoked turkey breast
-place additional marmalade on top of turkey and decorate with a confetti of diced apples
