Ingredients
Portabello mushrooms
2T olive oil
pinch salt/pepper
wonton wrappers
4C water
1 egg yolk
Method
Drizzle mushroom with olive oil and season with salt and pepper then roasted a 400 degree oven for 35 minutes, cool then dice. Place small amount of mushrooms and cheese in center of wonton wrapper, fold corner to corner and then end to end. Blanch in water, pat dry then saute on one side until golden.
