INGREDIENTS
2 c. sliced strawberries, divided
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. honey mustard
Favorite cheese, one-ounce pieces
Crackers
DIRECTIONS
Mash 2/3 cup sliced strawberries with sugar and honey mustard in a small bowl.
Stir in the remaining strawberries.
Cover and refrigerate for one hour or overnight for the flavors to blend.
Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
Serve with crackers and variety of cheeses, such as rich-flavored smoked Gouda or mild Muenster.
