Low-Fat Ranch Dressing

Ingredients 3/4 cup buttermilk 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream 1 tablespoon finely dried minced onion 2 teaspoons white vinegar 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme leaves 1 garlic clove, finely minced 1 teaspoon sugar ¼ teaspoon salt freshly ground black pepper to taste Directions Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Tastes best when allowed to refrigerate for 24 hours prior to serving. Keeps for 1 week. Makes about 1 & ¼ cup.
