Low Fat Herbed Balsamic Vinagrette

Ingredients 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar ¾ cup water 3 tablespoons powdered fruit pectin 3 teaspoons sugar one teaspoon minced garlic or one clove fresh garlic, chopped or crushed ½ teaspoon dried mustard ½ teaspoon dried basil ½ teaspoon dried paprika 1/8 teaspoon pepper ½ teaspoon salt ¼ cup olive oil Directions Whisk together all ingredients except olive oil. Add olive oil in slow stream while continuing to whisk all ingredients together. Cover and chill before serving.
