¾ cup low fat milk ½ cup low fat sour cream (or low fat cream cheese) 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained ½ cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted, divided (optional) 1 lime Assorted fruits; apples, bananas, pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, &/or grapes **3 TBL, 2 Kebobs: 130 cals, 4 gm fat
