INGREDIENTS Softened Butter Sugar ½ pound bittersweet Chocolate, chopped ½ pound unsalted butter 6 whole eggs 1 ½ cups sugar ½ cup flour DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter the bottom and sides of 4oz ramekins, then sprinkle sugar on them. Tap the ramekins to remove any excess sugar. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and the unsalted butter until well-blended. In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, sugar and flour until blended. Whisk the chocolate & butter mixture into the egg mixture. Pour the batter into the 4oz ramekins and bake 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are firm and the edges are set.
