Sugar
½ pound bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
½ pound unsalted butter
6 whole eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup flour
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Butter the bottom and sides of 4oz ramekins, then sprinkle sugar on them. Tap the ramekins to remove any excess sugar.

Whisk the chocolate & butter mixture into the egg mixture.
