INGREDIENTS
Salad Greens
Fresh Asparagus
Crumbled Bleu cheese
Diced red onion
Chopped fresh basil
DIRECTIONS
Line platter with assorted salad greens.
Top greens with mound of chilled, poached asparagus
Decoratively arrange crumbled bleu cheese, diced red onion, and basil on top and around asparagus/greens.
Drizzle entire plate or platter with extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, and a bit of salt and pepper.
