Preparation based on recipes by Elizabeth Ward, M.S., R.D., mother of three and author of Healthy Foods, Healthy Kids (Adams Media, 2002)
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
1 can tuna (drained)
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup plain yogurt
cheese
sliced tomato
bread*
*whole grain recommended
DIRECTIONS
Mix tuna with celery and yogurt
Spread mixture on bread
Add tomato slices and cheese to taste.
Bake in oven until cheese melts.
