Marvelous Tuna Melt

Recipe prepared by Jennifer DeHoog with the St. Louis Dairy Council on "The Morning Show." Preparation based on recipes by Elizabeth Ward, M.S., R.D., mother of three and author of Healthy Foods, Healthy Kids (Adams Media, 2002) Serves 1 INGREDIENTS 1 can tuna (drained) 1/4 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup plain yogurt cheese sliced tomato bread* *whole grain recommended DIRECTIONS Mix tuna with celery and yogurt Spread mixture on bread Add tomato slices and cheese to taste.
