Dressing served with Soy Pasta Salad as prepared on "The Morning Show" by Chris Cutler, dietician with Decatur Memorial Hospital.
INGREDIENTS
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
6 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced celery
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
Mix sugar and salt.
Add vinegar and stir until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients and a small piece of ice; beat until thoroughly blended.
Great as a salad dressing or use with pasta salads, corn relish, and bean salads.
