Spicy French Dressing

Recipe comes courtesy of the University of Illinois. Dressing served with Soy Pasta Salad as prepared on "The Morning Show" by Chris Cutler, dietician with Decatur Memorial Hospital. INGREDIENTS 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 6 tbsp. salad oil 1 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. minced celery 2 tbsp. minced green pepper Mix sugar and salt. Add vinegar and stir until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and a small piece of ice; beat until thoroughly blended. Great as a salad dressing or use with pasta salads, corn relish, and bean salads.
