Adrienne`s Cherry Cheescake

As prepared by Matt Metcalf on "The Morning Show" Thanksgiving morning. Matt`s stepmother Adrienne makes this cherry cheesecake almost every holiday. It`s easy to prepare and is usually the first dessert to "disappear" from the buffet line. INGREDIENTS 1 9" graham cracker crumb crust 1 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese 1 14 oz. can sweetened, condensed milk 1/3 C. lemon juice (from concentrate) 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 21 oz. can cherry pie filling/topping DIRECTIONS +Slowly beat cream cheese in mixing bowl until fluffy (you`ll want to use an electric hand mixer) +While mixing, add condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla; mix until smooth +Pour mixture into pie crust; chill for 3 hours +Add cherry topping; chill and serve *Do not let the cheesecake stand out for an extended period because it contains milk products.
