6 c. sweet potatoes
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
Dice and roast sweet potatoes.
Mix all ingredients.
Add a little salt, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg.
Garnish and serve.
Serves 12-14.
