1/15 - Illini assistant leaves for Big 12

Illinois offensive line coach Ed Warriner has cleaned out his office at Memorial Stadium and will assume the offensive coordinator position at Kansas. Warriner held the role of offensive coordiator at KU in 2003 and 2004. As the Illini`s run-game coordinator he helped Illinois lead the Big Ten in rushing with 188.8 yards per game. Warriner was also reported to be up for a head coaching position at Air Force.
