New Ethanol Plant for Central Illinois?

A new ethanol plant could be coming to Douglas County. A company`s considering Tuscola as a possible site. The plant would be located off of Route 45 near Cargill`s Tuscola grain elevator. Tuscola`s already hoping to land a billion dollar coal plan
