Urbana Bar Owners Report Lower Turnout

It`s day one of Urbana`s smoking ordinance in bars, and business owners say it`s not starting off their year on a good foot. After re-opening for business Monday, all bars and resturants had to remove ash trays, and post no smoking signs. Mike Armstrong
