(MATTOON) --Remember the name Munia Mustafa.  Because this teenager will be changing the world.

The Mattoon High School student wanted to help farmers grow better crops.  So her science fair project measured the health of soybeans by using information from NASA satellites.  Now she's talking to farm bureaus to see if they can use the technology.

She's won several awards for this, but there's one that is the topper.  She and 10,000 other students from 90 countries entered Google's Global Science Fair.  Munia just found out she is one of 60 semi-finalists and in the top 20 in her age group.

"I was shocked because I didn't think I was going to make it because it was so competitive but I was really blessed and honored to be among all those people so hopefully I do well," says Mustafa.

She's going to Illinois Wesleyan in the fall.  She wants to be a doctor one day, working with Doctors without Borders helping people in third world countries.  You can help Mustafa win a $10,000 scholarship.  Vote for her project in Google's "People's Choice Award."
