Topinka Receives Three Endorsements

Republican Judy Baar Topinka got a boost Sunday as three major newspapers endorsed her for governor. The biggest came from the Chicago Tribune, which has endorsed democrats in high-profile races this year. Observers say that makes its support of Topinka
