Zoning Approved for Medical Development in Northwest Champaign

The Champaign County Board approved a zoning change Thursday night that could turn northwest Champaign into a major medical center. Christie and Carle both want to expand near Interstates 74 and 57. A new subdivision is also in the works. The vote means
