A Rantoul tradition might come to an end.
The Eastern Illinois Soap Box Derby doesn't have enough riders for their race in June, so they're looking for people interested in making a car for the competition.
The only requirement is that an adult and child build it together. Just show your interest, and organizers say they'll help you with the rest.
The tradition has been around for more than a decade.
The race is June 4. Organizers would like to know if you're interested by the first week in March.
