Apartment Owners Ignore Deadline

An apartment complex is back in the eyes of the authorities. Again the owners of Cherry Orchards aren't meeting deadlines. Bernard Ramos didn't show up to meet with fire marshals for the third time.

The apartments are located near rantoul on Route 45 South. Public health, the sheriff's office, and police showed up to the property to find Ramos.
They were greeted with a road block and that was it. Police also found a duplex that had natural gas leaking. There are also several people still living there even though they had to be out in December. Ramos is expected in court at the end of the month. If he doesn't show up police say they'll put a warrant out for him.
