City Council Names Its Pick for Empty Seat

A familiar face is joining the Champaign City Council. Champaign County Board member Deb Frank Feinen is the council`s pick to fill a vacant seat. Feinen can`t be sworn in until after she`s resigned from the county board. She says she`s excited to tackl
