1. Police: Shooting Investigation in Tolono

A shooting at a Champaign County grocery store has a town shaken up.
A man was killed outside Maggio's IGA today. That's on east main street in Tolono.
Deputies have a man in custody for shooting his brother. Brian Maggio is in jail facing murder charges. It happened around noon today at the grocery store.
Eye witnesses say it was his brother Mark Maggio. They say there was an argument before shots were fired. Officials are still investigating and talking to people who were there. People all over town are in a daze trying to figure out how this happened.
The Sherrif Department is trying to figure out what went wrong.
