Urbana Smoking Ban Enforcement

With less than two weeks to spare, there`s a plan in place to enforce Urbana`s smoking ban. The mayor says the city and C-U Public Health worked out that plan this morning. Here`s how it`ll work, restaurant and bar owners will be responsible for tell
