Surgicenter Decision Delayed

We`ll have to wait to find out if Carle Hospital will be able to build a new surgicenter in Coles County. Today it asked a state health board to delay deciding on the issue. Carle wants to build the center between Charleston and Mattoon near Sarah Bu
