Teen`s Death Sparks Changes Statewide

A teenager`s death in Douglas County is causing changes statewide. Seventeen-year-old Eric Richardson overdosed on a drug known as Dextromethorphan or DXM. He`s one of two people who died from the drug in Illinois, which is used in cough medicines.
