UI Trustees Think Chief Consensus Can Be Reached with NCAA

U of I trustees say they think they can work with the NCAA to keep Chief Illiniwek. They said Tuesday their consensus solution can still be reached. That solution would value the tradition while helping athletes compete at the highest level. The statement
