Monday Primetime Programming Note

WCIA 3 will carry President Bush`s address on sending national guard troops to the mexican border Monday night. It`s scheduled to start around 7 p.m. and last about 20 minutes. All primetime programs will be aired in their entirety followed by WCIA 3 N
