NCAA Rules On Chief

The NCAA upheld its decision on Chief Illiniwek leaving the University of Illinois on ths list of institutions with hostile or abusive mascots. The NCAA says it does not mean the chief has to go, but Chief Illiniwek and the logo will have to go for the
