Urbana May Team Up To Fight Power Rate Hikes

The city of Urbana may team up with other cities to fight major hikes on your power bills. The city council talked about how it can keep power rates down. The city says AmerenIP plans to raise delivery charges as much as 18 percent. Urbana is looking into
