Illini Game Delayed After Bomb Scare

Two bomb sniffing dogs detected a suspicious package outside the Cox Arena in San Diego. The Illini are scheduled to play at that arena at 7:30 p.m. The dogs found the package about two hours before tip-off for the first round of the NCAA Alabama-Ma
